Win is as a senior member of our Investment Management Group lending his greater than 40 years of experience to our active investment management process.
 
He leads our specialized practice serving insurance companies. Drawing upon his experience as Chief Investment Officer of a large insurance company, he helps these institutions with a variety of fiduciary, rating agency, and portfolio management issues.
 
Win also serves on advisory teams for endowments, retirement plans, family investment offices and selected private clients. In support of these clients, he provides guidance on portfolio design, investment policy, governance, manager selection and performance evaluation issues as well as assisting with the ongoing comprehensive management of their investment portfolios.
 
His background includes:

  •  Responsible for the management and oversight of more than $50 Billion including both insurance portfolios and mutual funds.
  •  Chaired Nationwide Financial Services Risk Committee, which evaluated and approved all new products, investment policies and risk management activities.

  • Responsible for investment activities for the company's business lines
  • Managed rating agency relationships with Moody's, Standard & Poors and AM Best.
